Company Profile

Norwood Homes is a family homebuilding business located in Nashville, Tennessee specializing in custom and speculative single-family homes.  Building in markets throughout middle Tennessee including Williamson, Wilson and Sumner counties, Norwood Homes 12 year building history has included a wide range of building projects.  

Robert P. Cain, III serves as president and has over 25 years of building experience in new home construction and sales in the Middle Tennessee area. His career as a homebuilder has been one from an apprentice to that of starting and developing his own company.  “The experience of learning the new home process, both the construction process as well as sales, from hands on experience, helps us in every way to be responsive and accurate to our customers needs.  We limit the number of projects that we involve ourselves in at any time so that we are sure to deliver a superior product, every time, on time.
